WingUp Business docs

Connect your calendar, email and Zoom to WingUp Business, and see what each connection does.

WingUp Business is an AI phone agent and CRM for small businesses. It answers your calls, books appointments in your calendar, and keeps your customers’ details in one place.

These pages explain each connection: how to add it, what it does, and how to remove it.

Google Calendar

The agent finds free times and books, moves and cancels appointments.

Outlook Calendar

The same, in a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar.

Outlook mail

Send, search and read email from your Outlook address.

Zoom

A Zoom meeting for every appointment the agent books.

Where you connect

Every connection is on one page in the WingUp app: Connections. Only the business owner can connect or disconnect the business’s accounts.
